How do I contact CashMarket support?
Email [email protected]. We reply within one business day.
I cannot sign in to the mobile app.
Try the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in screen first. If that does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email [email protected] from the address you used to sign up and we will help you regain access.
How do I delete my account?
In the mobile app, open Settings from the home screen and tap Delete account. You can also email [email protected] and we will remove your account on request. See our data deletion instructions page for full details.
How does pricing work for property buyers / investors?
Buyers pay per lead they receive. Select states are currently free during licensing review; otherwise a flat fee applies per qualified lead. There are no monthly subscriptions. Full pricing is on the buyer leads page.
How long does it take to hear from a buyer after submitting?
Most buyers respond within a few hours. If you have not heard back within 48 hours, you can submit your property to additional buyers from the same flow without re-entering your details.
Is my information shared with anyone else?
Your contact details are shared only with the specific buyers you choose to send your property to. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is collected, stored, and shared.
